Replica in sandstone of the 1539AD graveslab of Murchardus MacDuffie of Colonsay.
The design includes a claymore, a galley and a depiction of a deer-hunt. The original carried an inscription in latin, 'Here lies Murchardus MacDuffie of Colonsay who died in the year of our Lord 1539; and Mariota MacLean caused me to be made' and can be found on the Island of Oronsay. There is a fine cast of it in the National Museum of Scotland.
